If you perform a Factory Reset on a piano that was previously connected to an iOS device via Bluetooth, the sound may cut out or glitch during playing or internal song playback. To fix this, unpair the piano from your iOS device by following the steps below.
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
- In the MY DEVICES list, tap the "i" icon next to the piano.
The status shown for the piano is "Not Connected". - Tap "Forget This Device", then tap "Forget Device" to confirm.
