V-MODA: My order appears to be defective, what should I do?

If your order appears to be defective, please follow these steps to see if resolve the problem:

Unpair the headphones from all devices.
Hold the "- " and "+" buttons at the same time for 7 seconds until you hear a beep.
Re-pair the headphones to a single device.
Test the headphones.
