Below is an example operation when the region is set to US:
- Access Roland Backstage and sign in or create an account.
- Go to Support.
* The menus vary in appearance depending on the region.
*In certain regions, clicking on the support menu will direct you to the distributor list. If this occurs, please contact the nearest distributor for further assistance.
- Click on the support menu you need assistance with.
* If the menu does not appear after clicking Support, please contact your nearest authorized dealer or retailer for assistance.
Note that to ask a question concerning a product you already own, it must first be registered to your ROLAND ACCOUNT. Please refer to "How do I register my gear to my ROLAND ACCOUNT?" for details.
