Here's how to return your Gigcaster 8 to its factory default state. You can also specify certain items to be reset.
Note: When you execute a factory reset, all saved settings are lost. If needed, perform a backup of your data before proceeding:

- On the Gigcaster 8's home screen, touch the menu icon
on the top right. -
Touch <SETUP> - <GENERAL>.
The GENERAL screen appears. -
For a FACTORY RESET, touch <EXECUTE>.
The FACTORY RESET screen appears and all the settings are selected by default. -
Select the settings to reset.
The following parameters can be reset.
Mixer
Channel 1–4 settings
USB–SOUND PAD channel settings
OUTPUT settings
Sound pad settings
Effect pad settings
Footswitch settings
Expression pedal settings
GA-FC settings
EFFECT PATCH
GUITAR - Effect patches for which the EFFECTS CATEGORY is set to “GUITAR”
SING - Effect patches for which the EFFECTS CATEGORY is set to “SING”
TALK - Effect patches for which the EFFECTS CATEGORY

Select <EXECUTE>.
A confirmation message appears. If you decide to cancel, select <NO>. -
Select <YES>
A factory reset is implemented.
Make sure that the device remains powered on while <EXECUTING...> is shown the display.
