You can export patches saved in BTS for KATANA-AIR to the amp unit using the EXPORT TO KATANA-AIR function.
Follow the steps below.
- Connect BTS for KATANA-AIR to the KATANA-AIR / KATANA-AIR EX.
For details on how to connect, see "Connecting the BOSS TONE STUDIO iOS App to the KATANA-AIR Unit" or "Connecting the BOSS TONE STUDIO Android App to the KATANA-AIR Unit". - Tap the [LIBRARIAN] button.
- In the upper part of the screen, tap the
(export) button.
- Tap “KATANA-AIR”, and then tap the [NEXT] button.
- Select the liveset that you want to export.
Select the export option depending on the liveset you want to export.
Note: The maximum number of patches you can export to the amp unit is six, regardless of the option selected.Live set to be exported Export option Note Liveset with six patches or less ALL PATCH - To export a liveset with seven or more patches, select "SELECT PATCH (FROM TO)" or "SELECT PATCH".
- If the number of patches to export exceeds the number of patches from the one specified for OVER WRITE FROM to the third one in [CH B], an error message may appear.
SELECT PATCH (FROM TO) - If the number of patches to export exceeds the available slots from the one specified for OVER WRITE FROM to the last slot in [CH B], an error message may appear.
SELECT PATCH - Use this option to write the selected patch back to the amp unit.
Liveset with more than seven patches SELECT PATCH (FROM TO) - To export patches that are not consecutive, select "SELECT PATCH".
- If the number of patches to export exceeds the available slots from the one specified for OVER WRITE FROM to the last slot in [CH B], an error message may appear.
SELECT PATCH - Use this option to write the selected patch back to the amp unit.
- Tap the [EXPORT] button.
