KATANA-500 BASS HEAD: How do I perform a Factory Reset?

Here's how to restore the KATANA-500 BASS HEAD settings to their factory-set condition (Factory Reset). Note that the Factory Reset restores the default settings for the currently installed System Program version.

Note: To keep your current settings, use BOSS TONE STUDIO to back them up as a LIVESET on your computer before performing a Factory Reset. For instructions, refer to the "Using BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA BASS HEAD (for PC or mobile)" manual.

1. Turn off the power.

2. While holding down the [MEMORY] button, turn the power ON.
   
   The [MEMORY] button continues blinking. When the blinking stops, all the settings, return to their factory-set state.

   It takes approximately 30 seconds to complete. Don't turn off the power while the Factory Reset is in progress.
