Yes. The SY-200 can transmit and recognize MIDI Clock.
Use a TRS MIDI cable to connect from the MIDI jacks (IN/OUT) of the SY-200, to an external MIDI device that transmits, or receives MIDI clock.

Set the MIDI parameters as needed for MIDI Time Sync or MIDI TX/RX Transmit/Receive.
For MIDI TIME SYNC parameter settings:
- Press the [MENU] button.
The unit enters MENU mode. - Turn the [MEMORY] knob to switch to the page where MIDI is displayed.
- Press the [3] knob to select MIDI.
- Turn the [MEMORY] knob to switch to the page where SYNC is displayed.
- Press the [3] knob to select SYNC.
- Turn the [MEMORY] knob to specify the tempo clock to which the SY-200 synchronizes.
INTERNAL (default): Synchronizes to the internal SY-200 tempo.
AUTO: Normally synchronizes to the internal tempo, but if a MIDI clock is received via the MIDI IN connector, the tempo synchronizes to the MIDI clock.
If you're using the SY-200 as a Master, choose INTERNAL.
If you’re using the SY-200 as a remote/replicant MIDI slave device, choose “AUTO.” - Press the [EXIT] button.
The unit exits MENU mode.
