F107: Restoring the factory settings (Factory Reset)

You can restore the settings saved on the Roland F107 to their factory-set state using Factory Reset.

Note: A Factory Reset will initialize all settings and erase any songs saved in the internal memory. Back up any important recordings before proceeding.

1. Turn on the power while holding down the [] (volume +) and [] (volume -) buttons, and keep holding the [] (volume +) and [] (volume -) buttons.
   Take your fingers off the buttons once the volume indicators light up as shown below.
   

2. Press the [] (volume +) button.
   The factory reset is executed.
   Caution: Never turn off the power while the factory reset is in progress.
   
   To cancel, press the [] (volume -) button or the [] button.

   Now executing factory reset
   Completed

3. Once the volume indicators show the “Completed” status, turn the power off and then on again.
