If you use the Moving Key function on the GP-9M for an extended period or frequently, the internal drive mechanism or key sensors may wear out. Request a repair service (chargeable) if you experience any of the following symptoms:
Note: The timing of these symptoms may vary depending on usage environment and frequency.
- The key movement is worse compared to when you first purchased it.
- Keys make louder clacking, rattling, or other sounds compared to when you first purchased it.
- The volume and tone during manual playing seem abnormal.
Note: To identify which key has a loud operation sound, use the Moving Key function with the volume turned down, or check the feel during manual playing. If a specific key sounds unnatural, press it slowly and with consistent strength, then compare the volume and tone with other keys.
