FRP-NUVOLA series (FRP-NUVOLA, FRP-NUVOLA EX) includes a 12-month trial of the contents (normally available for a fee) in the 'Roland Piano App'. It also includes additional tones and songs exclusive for the FRP-NUVOLA.
What You’ll Need:
- Roland Piano App (iOS/Android)
- Roland account (Free)
- Serial number of your piano (FRP-NUVOLA, FRP-NUVOLA EX)
Follow the steps below to access special offers:
- Install “Roland Piano App” from the App Store or Google Play onto your smartphone, tablet or other mobile device.
- Launch “Roland Piano App”, and register a new Roland account.
* If you already have a Roland account, go to step 3.
If the following screen appears, tap “Guest” > “Login”. - Check the serial number on the bottom of the piano.
* The serial number is also printed on the included Start Card.
- Access the following website and log in using the Roland account you registered in step 2.
https://www.roland.com/cloud/key#serial_number - On the serial number registration page, select “FRP-NUVOLA” or "FRP-NUVOLA EX", and input the serial number you found in step 3.
This activates your 12-month trial.
* The trial will be automatically canceled after 12 months. - In the Roland Piano App, check whether the Roland Cloud Core Membership has been granted, and whether songs can be selected from [Library] and additional tones can be selected from [Piano Settings > Tones] before use.
* It may take some time before your information is registered and you can select songs or tones. If you can’t select songs or tones yet, wait for a little while and try again.
