The GO:PIANO88 (GO-88PX) includes a 1-year trial of the contents (normally available for a fee) in the Roland Piano App. By activating the subscription with the serial number, you can play song content provided through Roland Cloud in the Roland Piano App, display digital sheet music, and listen to it through the onboard speakers of the GO-88PX.
What You’ll Need:
- Roland Piano App (iOS/Android)
- Roland account (Free)
- Serial number of your GO-88PX
Follow the steps below to access special offers:
- Using your mobile device, scan the QR code on the included card (placed on the piano keyboard at the time of purchase) or visit the app store (App Store or Google Play) to download the Roland Piano App.
- Launch the Roland Piano App.
- Tap <Create a new account> to create a Roland Account.
If you already have an account, log in with your registered email address and password. - Turn on the GO-88PX.
- Tap <Connection by Bluetooth>.
- When a confirmation message appears, tap "Pair".
This pairs the GO:PIANO88 with your mobile device. When pairing is completed, “Connected with GO-88PX MIDI” is shown in the connection status area at the top of the app screen. - Proceed through the introduction pop-ups, then when the following screen appears, tap <Activation>."
You will be redirected to the Roland Cloud login screen.
NOTE: This screen appears only on the first activation. If the screen does not appear, open Library from the Dashboard screen and tap any Roland Cloud content. If you tap content with a lock icon, the same screen will appear. - Tap <SIGN IN HERE>, then log in with your registered email address and password.
If you are already logged in, the serial number entry screen will appear. Proceed to Step 9. - Select "GO:PIANO88 (GO-88PX)" from the product list, enter the serial number printed on the included card, and tap <SUBMIT>.
Once activated, your 1-year Roland Cloud Core Membership will be enabled, allowing you to access paid content from the Library screen in the Roland Piano App.
Checking Your Subscription Status
In the Roland Piano App, go to the Profile to check whether the Roland Cloud Core Membership has been granted, and then check whether the lock icon has been removed from songs under the Roland Cloud section in the Library.
NOTE: It may take some time for your membership to become active. If you can’t select songs yet, please wait and try again.
