If no Bluetooth audio connection can be made with the KATANA-AIR and KATANA-AIR EX, check the following based on whether the unit is visible in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings.
If the KATANA-AIR is visible in the Bluetooth settings
Unpair the KATANA-AIR from your mobile device and re-establish the connection.
For iOS
Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap "i" next to the KATANA-AIR, and select "Forget This Device." Turn Bluetooth off and back on again.
Note: Do not pair "KATANA-AIR MIDI" at this time. If it was inadvertently paired, unpair it again.
For Android
Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the gear icon next to the KATANA-AIR, and unpair the device. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again.

If the KATANA-AIR is not visible in the Bluetooth settings
Turn Bluetooth off and back on again on your mobile device, then initiate pairing from the unit. For details, see "Listening to Sound via Wireless Connection with a Mobile Device" in the KATANA-AIR Owner's Manual or KATANA-AIR EX Owner's Manual.
