Yes. You can connect your KATANA GEN 3 to a mobile device via USB by using the Generic USB driver mode, which was added in System Program Version 1.07.
To use this feature, update your amp to System Program Version 1.07 and set the USB MODE to "Generic".

How to Change the USB Mode:
- Turn off the amp.

While holding down the appropriate button for the desired USB mode, turn the amp back on.
Generic: Hold down the [MOD] button while turning on the amp.
Choose this when using the standard USB driver provided by your operating system.

- This setting is remembered even when the power is switched off.
- Be sure to use a USB cable that supports data transmission.
- Operation is not guaranteed with all devices or applications.
When using the Generic driver, USB audio signals are input/output between the effect and MASTER VOLUME in the signal chain.
