NOTE:
- Some products are compatible with iOS/Android version of BTS. For the iOS version, search for the model name on the App Store; for the Android version, search on Google Play using your mobile device, or click link to download BTS for iOS/Android from each product page.
- When using the Windows or macOS version, make sure to install the USB driver. This can be found on the same page as BTS.

- Use a USB cable that supports data transfer.
