If reconnecting the transmitter to your guitar does not solve the problem, check the state of radio reception.
- As described in "Connecting the BOSS TONE STUDIO iOS (or Android) App to the WAZA-AIR BASS Unit" (PDF), connect the WAZA-AIR BASS with BOSS TONE STUDIO.
- In BOSS TONE STUDIO, tap ≡ (SYSTEM).
- Tap “BASS WIRELESS.”
- In the BASS WIRELESS STATUS screen, check the radio reception status.
- Check the bass wireless indicator of the WAZA-AIR BASS unit.
- Lit white: Reception is occurring
- Unlit: Transmitter is not connected
