FP-10, FP-10-ACR: Restoring the factory settings (Factory Reset)

You can restore the settings saved on the Roland FP-10 to their factory-set state using Factory Reset.

Note: The volume indicators mentioned in the procedure represent the status as follows:

1. Turn off the power.
2. While holding down the [VOLUME] (right) button and the [FUNCTION] button, press the [] (power) button, and continue holding down the [VOLUME] (right) button and the [FUNCTION] button.
   
   Once the power is turned on, you can release your finger from the [POWER] button, but keep the [VOLUME] (right) button and [FUNCTION] button pressed until the volume indicators change to the status shown in step 3.

3. When the VOLUME indicators show as follows, release the [VOLUME] (right) button and the [FUNCTION] button.

   Lit │ Lit │ Unlit │ Blinking │ Blinking
   

4. To execute the factory reset, press the [VOLUME] (right) button.
   
   To cancel, press the [VOLUME] (left) button or the [FUNCTION] button.

   While the factory reset is being executed, the VOLUME indicators show as follows.
   Caution: Do not turn off the power in this state.
   
   When the factory reset is completed, the indicators show as follows.
   

5. Turn the power off, then on again.
