If the DP-10 does not respond despite being connected according to the instructions, it may be due to a compatibility issue between certain DP-10 pedals and the products.
Due to a specification change, DP-10 units manufactured in or after February 2026 are not compatible with the following products:
- GO:PIANO88 (GO-88P)
- E-X10
- E-X20
- E-X20A
- E-X30
- E-X50
You can check the manufacturing date on the label attached to the bottom of the DP-10.
The illustration below shows an example of a label on a non-compatible DP-10 (manufactured in May 2026).
Note: Label designs may vary depending on the production period. Units without a manufacturing date label, as well as units manufactured in January 2026 or earlier, are compatible with the models listed above.
If your DP-10 is one of the non-compatible units, or if you are unsure whether the pedal is defective, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product or Roland Customer Support (Backstage).
