Try the following steps if the mobile device you previously paired with the DUAL CUBE LX is not connecting.
- On your mobile device, switch Bluetooth off and then on again.
- Force quit the DUAL CUBE LX Editor
For Android devices only
If the DUAL CUBE LX Editor is selected for “battery optimization”, the performance of the app is decreased to save battery power on your Android device, which may result in an unstable connection. On the settings screen of your Android device, turn “Battery Optimization” for the DUAL CUBE LX Editor off.
