If “DUAL CUBE” is not shown in the DEVICE SETTING screen in the DUAL CUBE LX Editor, check the following points.
Install the USB driver
You must install the USB driver for the OS on which you use the DUAL CUBE LX Editor (Windows or macOS) in order to use it. Download the USB driver from BOSS - DUAL CUBE LX | Guitar Amplifier.
- For the Windows 10/11 drivers, when connecting a computer to a DUAL CUBE LX that’s set to use the dedicated USB driver, the driver is automatically downloaded over the Internet. To set the unit to use the dedicated USB driver, set the [AMP TYPE] knob to “ACOUSTIC SIM”, and turn on the power while holding down the [MEMORY] button.

If “DUAL CUBE” is not shown in the DEVICE SETTING screen although the USB driver has been installed, this may be because the unit is set to be used with the standard USB driver for the OS. Change the settings so that the dedicated USB driver is used, and then reconnect the USB cable.
