Some active basses have a built-in preamp with a high output level, which may cause distortion when connected to the DUAL CUBE BASS LX. Turn down the volume on the bass guitar to reduce the output level.
If distortion persists after turning down the volume, check the battery level of the bass preamp and the low-frequency settings of the bass equalizer.
