If the DUAL CUBE BASS LX cannot connect to the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor, "DUAL CUBE MIDI" may already be connected via the mobile device's Bluetooth settings screen.
Follow the steps below to re-establish the connection.
Note: Ensure that the correct version of the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor is installed.
- Delete (unpair) the "DUAL CUBE MIDI" connection on the mobile device's Bluetooth settings screen.
- iOS: Tap the "i" located beside "Connected," and then tap "Forget This Device".
- Android: Tap the gear icon for "DUAL CUBE MIDI" shown in "Paired devices", and tap "Unpair".
- Switch Bluetooth off and then on again on the mobile device.
- Press and hold the BT-DUAL pairing button for at least three seconds.
The BT-DUAL pairing indicator blinks rapidly. - Open the Bluetooth settings screen on the mobile device and connect to "DUAL CUBE Audio".
If "DUAL CUBE MIDI" is accidentally selected, return to step 1. - Launch the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor.
- Tap "Bluetooth MIDI Device" on the Bluetooth settings screen.
- Tap "DUAL CUBE MIDI." If "Connecting..." continues to appear without changing, completely quit the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor and restart from step 2.
- If an asterisk appears next to "DUAL CUBE MIDI," return to the previous screen and tap "OK."
