| iOS/Android version | The amp may still be connected to the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor for Mac/Windows. Disconnect the amp from the Mac/Windows version of the editor, and try again. |
| macOS/Windows version | The amp may still be connected to the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor for iOS/Android. Deactivate Bluetooth on the iOS/Android device and try connecting again. The amp may also connect when the BT-DUAL pairing button is pressed to turn off the Bluetooth indicator. |
