When you use the VR-120HD with software on which the video resolution or format can’t be controlled, such as Zoom or Teams, a compressed format is automatically selected, which results in degraded image quality.
* For a stable streaming environment, these software titles are designed to select a compressed format automatically.
The USB outputs on the VR-120HD support uncompressed (YUY2) and compressed (Motion JPEG) video formats. Change the settings as shown below when outputting USB video in uncompressed format (YUY2).
