M-400 RCS - Will not connect to Console

Make sure that the version of your M400RCS program matches the firmware version on your console. In the M400RCS, click Help > About... and note the version number. On your console, press SYSTEM and note the Main Version number. These numbers must match exactly! If they do not, be sure to download the latest versions of the firmware and the M400RCS from our website.
