If the video transmitted from the Web browser of your computer or smartphone does not show up in the AeroCaster Switcher app, check the following points.
- The iPad on which AeroCaster Switcher is running and the computer/smartphone that is transmitting must be on the same network.
- Check whether the receiving and transmitting devices support HTTPS (port number 443) communication with the server on the Internet.
- Video is transmitted over a direct connection, but negotiation with the server is required before transmitting video.
