The built-in mic is enabled when a three-conductor (TRS) plug is connected to the PHONES/HEADSET jack of the VRC-01.
The built-in mic is muted when a four-conductor (TRRS) plug is connected. Refer to “Connecting Headphones or a Headset” in the AeroCasterVRC-01 Owner’s Manual for details.
