The POWER indicator blinks red when the UVC-02 is not operating correctly. Check the following points for the USB connection.
Check the USB cable specifications
USB 2.0 cables cannot be used. Use the included USB 3.0 cable to connect the UVC-02 to your computer.
Check the specifications of the computer’s USB port
This unit cannot connect to a USB port that doesn’t support USB 3.0. Check the USB ports on your computer, and connect this unit to a USB port that supports USB 3.0.
Reconnect the USB cable
USB 3.0 data transmission is not available on certain computers at the time the computer starts up. Try unplugging and reconnecting the USB cable.
