If the UVC-02 isn’t being recognized as a USB-VIDEO (camera) device on your computer, check the following points.
Check the connection on your video device
Make sure that your video device is correctly connected to the HDMI IN connector on the rear panel.
If no HDMI source is connected, the UVC-02 will not appear as a video source in your streaming, recording, or meeting software.
-The Video Out button on the UVC-02 lights up when an HDMI source is connected. Pressing this button will mute the video source.
-If you are not sure your source is connected, press the Video Out button to check. If it does not light up, the source is not connected or compatible.
Check the input format
Check whether the output video format on the connected video device is supported by the UVC-02.
-This unit does not support interlace formats such as 1080i or 720i.
