S-1: How do you input a sequence in triplets?

On the S-1, you can input sequences in triplets by changing the step length and last step settings.

Follow the steps below.

1. Hold down the [SHIFT] button and press step pad [15] (MENU).
2. Use the [TEMPO/VALUE] knob to select P.SCL (Pattern Scale), and then press pad [2] (ENTER).
3. Turn the [TEMPO/VALUE] knob to select “8t” (eighth-note triplets).
4. Hold down the [SHIFT] button and press pad [4] (LAST).
5. Use the [TEMPO/VALUE] knob to change the number of steps in the pattern to “12”.
   This makes the metronome play in 4/4 time with eighth-note triplets.
6. Press pad [1] (EXIT) to return to the previous screen.
