MV-8000: How Do I Make a CD?

1. Press MASTERING.
2. Press [F1] Mixdown and [F5] Yes.
3. Return to the beginning of your song by pressing TOP.
4. Press REC.
5. Use the VALUE dial and CURSOR buttons to name your Mixdown File.
6. Press [F5] OK.
7. Press PLAY.
8. After your song has finished playing, press STOP. The screen will read "Mixdown Finished. Go to Mastering?"
9. Press [F5] Yes to display the Mastering Tool Kit.
10. Press [F2] MTK Library, choose the desired preset, and press [F5] Use This. Adjust the various parameters to taste.
11. Return to the beginning of your song by pressing TOP.
12. Press REC.
13. Use the VALUE dial and CURSOR buttons to name your Mastering File.
14. Press [F5] OK.
15. Press PLAY.
16. After your song has finished playing, press STOP. The screen will read "Mastering Finished. Go to CD Burning?"
17. Insert a blank CD-R into the MV-8000 and close the tray.
18. Press [F5] Yes to display the Cue Sheet page. This is where you add songs to your CD.
19. Press [F1] Insert, choose the desired Mastering File, and press [F5] Execute. The file appears in the Cue Sheet.
20. Repeat step 19 for any other songs you wish to add to the CD.
21. Press [F5] Write.
22. Press [F5] Yes.
