The following article troubleshoots in the event that you're unable to hear playback of microSD recordings.
- Check that the Talkback button is off:
- Connect headphones to the (Headphones 1) jack on the front panel and then check that the (Headphones 1) knob is turned up:
- Try a new test recording using the following instructions and be sure that audio can be heard in the headphones while recording to the microSD:

- Try formatting the card before recording to the microSD. Note that this will erase all data on the microSD card:

- Test with a different microSD card that is 64GB or smaller. Be sure to format the card prior to recording.
