If you see the message "The current version of Roland Cloud Manager cannot be updated with this installer" when attempting to update Roland Cloud Manager, please uninstall the current version first and then reinstall the latest version.
- For Windows users: Go to Add/Remove Programs to uninstall your current version of Roland Cloud Manager.
- For macOS users: Use the uninstaller included in the installer disk image, which can be downloaded from the Roland Cloud Manager website.
