Sign up for a Roland Cloud account
- Using a browser, go to https://www.rolandcloud.com
- Click on the My Account button on the top right side of the screen:
- Click the Create Account link:
- Enter your email address (1.) and click Submit (2.):
- Fill in the information, review and approve the terms of use and click Sign Up.
- You will see this screen:
- Open your email and locate the activation email (be sure to check your junk folder if you do not see it) and click the activation link in the email.

Installing Roland Cloud Manager
- On RolandCloud.com, click the Roland Cloud Manager button:
- Click the Download Now button on the right side of the screen:
- Scroll down to the appropriate operating system and click Download:
- Once the download completes, locate the installer on your computer and start the install process (This will be different for different operating systems)
- Once the install is complete, Roland Cloud Manager will start.
- On RolandCloud.com, click the Roland Cloud Manager button:

Redeeming a Lifetime Key
- Once Roland Cloud Manager starts, you will need to login. Click the Sign In button:
- This will open your browser to a login page. Enter the email and password you created in step 1.
- Once logged in, you will see a brand selection page. Please click on the button that is most appropriate for you:
- This will take you to the main screen of the Roland Cloud Manager. Click on the Activation link:
- On the activation screen, the Key tab should already be selected. If you are on the SERIAL NUMBER tab, please click the KEY tab.
- Enter the key you received (1.) and click Submit (2.):
- If you see this screen, ensure you entered the key correctly and it has not already redeemed:
- You should see the message below on successful activation. Click Done:
- Once Roland Cloud Manager starts, you will need to login. Click the Sign In button:

Installing the instrument
- Click the back button to return to the main screen:
- Click on Software Instruments to view the software section:
- Click My Library to see all instruments:
- In the library section, locate the instrument you redeemed a key for and on the right side, click Install:
- When it completes the status will change to Installed:
- Click the back button to return to the main screen:
- Using the instrument
Every operating system and Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software is unique, so these steps are not specific to your environment, but should allow you to use the instrument. If you have further questions you can direct them to the developer of the DAW you are using.

- Open your DAW of choice
- Add a virtual instrument track to the project
- For that new track, add the instrument for which you redeemed the key
