TR-8S, TR-6S: Can I undo changes to a Pattern or Kit?

Yes.
Perform the following procedure.

To return to the settings when the last WRITE function was performed.

1. Press the [UTILITY] button.
   - The setting screen appears.
2. Use the VALUE knob to select the settings you want to undo.
   　RELOAD: Pattern
   　RELOAD: Kit
   　RELOAD: Inst
3. Press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).
4. Use the [VALUE] knob (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob) to select the Pattern, Kit or Inst that you want to undo.
5. Use the [VALUE] knob to select “OK,” and press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).

To return the TR-8S/TR-6S to its factory-set state.

1. Press the [UTILITY] button to make it light.
   - The UTILITY screen appears.
2. Use the [VALUE] knob to select “UTILITY: Factory Reset.”
3. Press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).
   - The target select screen appears.
   　ALL: Returns all settings including Patterns and Kits to their factory-set state.
   　KIT: Returns only the kit settings to their factory-set state.
   　PTN: Returns only the patterns to their factory-set state.
4. Use the [VALUE] knob to select the target, and press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).
   - Confirmation screen appears.
5. Use the [VALUE] knob to select “OK,” and press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).
6. When the display indicates “Completed. Turn off power.” turn the TR-8S’s (or TR-6S's) power off and on again.
