TR-8S, TR-6S: How do I save Patterns or Kits?

If you want to save the settings on the TR-8S or TR-6S manually, please refer to the related Q&A "Can I save the settings of the knobs?”.

If you want to automatically save the Pattern and Kit when you turn off the power, perform the following procedure.
- System settings are also automatically saved.

1. Press the [UTILITY] button.
   - The setting screen appears.
2. Use the [VALUE] knob to select “Auto Save,” and press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).
3. Use the [VALUE] knob to turn it “ON.”
4. Press the [UTILITY] button.
5. Hold down the [SHIFT] button and press the [EXIT] button.
6. Use the [VALUE] knob to select “System,” and press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).
7. Use the [VALUE] knob to select “OK,” and press the [ENTER] button (TR-6S: [VALUE] knob).
