If you find that the default factory patches are missing from a Roland Cloud virtual instrument plug-in, here’s how to get them to re-appear.
If you’re using Windows:
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Roland Cloud\ and move the folder of the plug-in with the missing presets to the Desktop.
- Start your DAW, add the plug-in to a track.
- Exit your DAW, and reinstall any expansion patches using Roland Cloud Manager.
If you’re using macOS:
- Select Go To Folder from the Finder's Go menu, and enter this entire path: /Library/Application Support/Roland Cloud/
- Move the folder of the plug-in with the missing presets to the Desktop.
- Start your DAW and add the plug-in to a track.
- Exit your DAW, and reinstall any expansion patches using Roland Cloud Manager.
Note: the two most common causes for missing factory patches are installing expansion patches before ever using the plug-in a track, or clicking the “Delete” button in the patch browser window.
