Roland Cloud offers three tiers of paid membership: Core, Pro and Ultimate. To downgrade from Ultimate to Pro or Core, or from Pro to Core, perform the following procedure
- Log in to the Roland Cloud website at www.rolandcloud.com.
- Go to the Account page.
- Click the red "Cancel " button in the Subscription section (example is for Ultimate membership):
- Fill out the cancellation survey and click the blue "Cancel Subscription" button:
The membership will cancel at the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew. At that time, a new membership can be purchased via Roland Cloud Manager.
