Roland Cloud: How to install and open EARTH Electric Piano in Logic Pro

Installing EARTH Electric Piano

1. Open Roland Cloud Manager.
    
2. Click Software Instruments at the top of Roland Cloud Manager.
   
    
3. Select EARTH from the available categories.
   
    
4. Scroll down to find EARTH Electric Piano. 
   
    
5. On the thumbnail for EARTH Electric Piano, click the download arrow.
   
    
6. Once the installation is complete, EARTH Electric Piano will be available to use in Logic Pro. 

Note: EARTH Electric Piano is available in VST3, AU, and AAX formats. On macOS, Logic Pro uses the AU version. 

Opening EARTH Electric Piano in Logic Pro

1. Open Logic Pro.
    
2. Create a new Software Instrument track. Shortcut = Option + Command + S
    
3. Click the Instrument slot on the channel strip.
   
    
4. Go to AU Instruments.
   
    
5. Select Roland.
   
    
6. Choose EARTH Electric Piano.
   

If EARTH Electric Piano does not appear in Logic Pro:

1. Go to Logic Pro > Settings > Plug-in Manager.
   
    
2. Locate EARTH Electric Piano under the Roland manufacturer listing.
   
    
3. If the plug-in appears but is not available in your project, select it and click Reset & Rescan Selection.
   
    

4. If it still does not appear, click Full Audio Unit Reset, then close and reopen Logic Pro.
