1. Create a new Project.
- press the PROJECT button
- choose NEW to make a new Project
- select OK to confirm
2. Create a LOOPER track on any channel you want.
- press the SELECT button of an empty Track
- choose LOOPER
- press ENTER to create a Looper Track
Note:
You can only record on a LOOPER Track when the EXT IN is used.
3. Prepare the recording via the EXT IN input.
- check if EXT IN switch at the back of the MC-707 is set for MIC
- press SHIFT + INPUT button
- select EXT
- check the MIC SENS for proper input signal
- go back to Home screen (EXIT) and select a CLIP in the Looper Track
- press the MEASURE button to set the number of measures you want to record
- press REC to record your loop
