In order to send the audio of each track via USB audio to the computer, you must first install the USB driver.
Follow the steps below:
* Steps 1 through 4 apply to system program versions previous to 1.60. If you have updated to version 1.60 or later, start from step 5.
- Hold down the [SHIFT] button and press the [KNOB ASSIGN] button.
The UTILITY MENU screen appears. - Press the [C4] knob.
The SYSTEM SETTING screen appears. - Turn the [C3] knob to cursor to "USB Driver".
- Turn the [C4] knob to select "VENDOR".
If you switch from "GENERIC" to "VENDOR," please turn the power off and then on again. - Click here to download the USB driver that's appropriate for your operating system, and install it on your computer.
* For Windows 10/11 users, manual installation is not necessary. Connecting the unit via USB while your computer is online results in automatic driver installation.
* Please use a data-compatible USB cable. -
Launch your DAW and go to the USB audio device settings, and select the MC-707.
- Select any MC-707 channel for the input of the audio track in your DAW.
NOTE: The settings for USB audio devices may vary depending on the DAW. Please refer to the DAW's manual for details.
