When the TR-1000 is not recognized by the TR-1000 App, “Not Connected” appears in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Check the following points:
Supported operating systems:
The TR-1000 App runs on Windows 10 or later and macOS 10.15 or later.
USB cable:
Use the included USB Type-C cable or a commercially available USB Type-C cable that supports data transfer, and connect it directly to the computer’s USB port without using a USB hub.
Update the TR-1000 System Program, USB driver, and TR-1000 App to the latest versions:
