The SP-404MK2 does not have parameters for specifying the sampling frequency or bit rate in the recording settings ("RECORD SETTING"). Samples are recorded at 48 kHz/16-bit.
To add a lo-fi character to the sound, try the "303 VinylSim", "404 VinylSim", "Cassette Sim", or "Lo-fi" effects.
