Yes. The SP-404MK2 has four effect buses (BUS 1–4) that work as follows.
- BUS 1 and BUS 2: Effects can be assigned per sample. Use the [BUS FX] button and effect buttons to control effects in real time.
- BUS 3 and BUS 4: Applied to the overall mix as master effects. All signals from BUS 1/2 and DRY are routed through these buses.
