If the "Connect" button does not appear in the SP-404MKII App, or the connection fails after clicking "Connect", check the following.
System requirements
- OS: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.15 or later
- Recommended resolution: 720 × 860 pixels or more
USB cable
- Use a data-capable USB cable. Charge-only cables cannot transmit data.
App and system program versions

If the SP-404MK2 and the SP-404MKII App are running different major versions, the "Connect" button may not appear or the connection may fail. Update both the system program and the app to the latest version.

- The connection may fail if "Connect" is clicked before the SP-404MK2 is recognized by your computer, or if the USB cable is reconnected while "Disconnect" is shown. Restart the SP-404MKII App with the SP-404MK2 connected via USB.
